Terms and Conditions for Clockwork Funnels

Introduction

Welcome to Clockwork Funnels. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.​​

1. General Scope of Services​

  • 1.1.  Work is completed exclusively in ClickFunnels 2.0.
  • 1.2.  I provide strategy, design, and setup as agreed in writing.
  • 1.3.  You provide all copy, graphics, videos, logos, and product/course materials in a ready-to-use format (correct size, resolution, file type).
  • 1.4.  Light Canva edits/touch-ups may be included. Full graphic design, copywriting, SEO, social media advertising, or work outside CF 2.0 is not included unless quoted separately.
  • 1.5.  Independent Service Provider. Our business relationship is strictly that of an independent service provider and client. This agreement does not create, and shall not be interpreted as creating, any partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, agency, or the formation of a new legal entity. My role is strictly limited to providing the services outlined in the agreed-upon project proposal and does not extend to acting as a business partner or co-founder.
  • 1.6.  Upon final payment, you (the client) will own the rights to the final, delivered funnel. I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio in a non-confidential manner.
  • 1.7.  Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by delays in client feedback, provision of assets, or requested changes. A delay from the client's side will result in a corresponding extension of the project deadline.
  • 1.8.  Disclaimer: I do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as sales, leads, or conversion rates. Funnel performance is influenced by factors outside my control, including offer strength, audience targeting, marketing strategy, traffic quality, and market conditions.

2. Pricing & Payment​

  • 2.1.  Prices are based on full page builds. Pages reusing an approved design/template are charged at approximately 30% of the full build rate.
  • 2.2.  Add-ons (domain setup, integrations, maintenance) are priced separately. 
  • 2.3.   Prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • 2.4.  A 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining 50% payable upon delivery of the final funnel for review.
  • 2.5.  If the project is delayed by more than 14 calendar days due to missing assets, approvals, or client-side delays, the final balance becomes payable and the project will pause until rescheduled.
  • 2.6. All payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
  • 2.7.  Invoices are due upon receipt. A late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance will be applied for every 14 days the payment is overdue.

3.  Changes & Adjustments​

  • 3.1.  Each page includes one round of minor adjustments (small layout tweaks, colour changes, element repositioning) within 5 business days of final payment. A 'round' of adjustments is defined as a single, consolidated list of requested changes submitted by the client in one email.
  • 3.2.  Additional adjustments, major redesigns, or rush work (within 2 business days) are quoted separately.
  • 3.3.  All approvals and change requests must be confirmed via email.

4.  Communication​​

  • 4.1. Our official communication channels are email for all correspondence and approvals, and Google Meet for all pre-scheduled meetings.
  • 4.2. I will endeavour to respond to all communications within 24 business hours.
  • 4.3.  Verbal or casual agreements are not valid — only written agreements apply.
  • 4.4.  Meetings and communication take place during my standard working hours (GMT/UK time) unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • 4.5.  I will endeavour to respond to all communications within 24 business hours.

5.  Testing & Client Responsibility​​​

  • 5.1.  I test page loading, links, and form submissions inside CF 2.0.
  • 5.2.  You are responsible for final testing across all devices, browsers, payment gateways, and integrations.
  • 5.3.  The project is considered complete after you have conducted your final testing and confirmed your approval in writing, or 7 business days after the final review link is delivered, whichever comes first. Any issues or bugs identified after this sign-off period will be addressed under a new maintenance agreement.
  • 5.4.  Any retesting required due to client changes is billed separately.

6.  Platform Limitations & Third-Party Tools​​​​

  • 6.1.  Some processes or funnel features may require third-party tools (e.g., ActiveCampaign, ThriveCart, Zapier, N8N, CRMs, calendar software). You are fully responsible for purchasing, setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting those tools.
  • 6.2.  If I agree in writing to assist with third-party tools, this will be quoted separately and is dependent on my having the relevant skills and experience.
  • 6.3.  I am not responsible for limitations, changes, or downtime caused by ClickFunnels or third-party tools.

7.  Scope Creep​​​​

  • 7.1.  Requests outside the agreed scope will be quoted and must be agreed in writing before work begins.
  • 7.2.  Repeated out-of-scope requests without a formal agreement may result in the project being paused until a revised scope and quote are approved.

8.  Maintenance & Support (Optional)

  • 8.1.  Available as service days or hour blocks, booked in advance, with expiry dates.
  • 8.2.  Covers updates, small design changes, content swaps, and troubleshooting inside CF 2.0.
  • 8.3.  Major redesigns or new builds are quoted separately.

9.  Testimonials

  • 9.1.  Optional.
  • 9.2.  By providing a testimonial, you grant permission to use it for marketing until withdrawn in writing (removal applies to future use only).
  • 9.3.  If a discount was provided for a testimonial, it is void if the testimonial is withdrawn before 12 months have passed.

10.  Access

  • 10.1.  You must provide Funnel Builder access in ClickFunnels 2.0 — no full admin rights unless agreed in writing.
  • 10.2.  Do not add me as a user in systems outside of ClickFunnels unless this work is explicitly agreed in writing and priced separately.

11.  Confidentiality

  • 11.1.  All client-provided materials will be treated as confidential, and I will not share them with third parties except where required to complete the agreed-upon work.

12.  Termination

  • 12.1.  Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days written notice. If the client terminates the agreement, the initial deposit is non-refundable, and payment is required for all work completed up to the termination date. If I terminate the agreement, I will refund any payment for work not yet completed.

13.  Governing Law

  • 13.1. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
